Cozy atmosphere, clean room.

Parking space small, hard to maneuver. Scratched walls visible from vehicle. The 'view' advertised turned out to be brick walls and other buildings rather than the city skyline. Overall discomfort due to uncomfortable beds led to restless nights.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location made it super easy to explore nearby shops and attractions. Breakfast options were solid, with fresh juice and cold cuts. The shower was a bit too cramped for my taste. Pleasant stay!

Spotless and cozy. The breakfast spread was fab, with fresh fruit and hot coffee. Staff were super helpful, and the hotel's near many attractions! I gotta say, the location made getting around a breeze.

Could use better soundproofing between rooms!

unhygienic rooms

absolutley shocking service! they allowed no cup for water before breakfast and I felt like a common criminal when my cup was snatched away. And don’t get me started on the room. cockroaches running rampant. I nearly considered a good review for the location, but that idea flew out the window. Truly dissapointing overall.

Man, the room was comfortable and mad clean. I was feelin' the free wi-fi too. But watch out. if you ain't ask for street side, you might end up in a room that’s hella dark and cramped. I coulda used more light and space, ya feel me?

my stay at america was great! the superior single room was spacious and close to av 18 de julio, banks, and eateries. staff members george and carina were amazing, especially with their helpful directions to nearby attractions. such a nice touch!
